2 Samuel 23:2 reveals a secret of power:
“The Spirit of the LORD spoke by me, and His word was on my tongue.”
The statement of this verse contains the whole philosophy of Godly life.
It is not merely a statement that King David was inspired with when he sang his song, but the inspiration of his life was that of the Spirit of the LORD and the expression of it was the word spoken.
David was assured that God’s power was available to the fulfilment of all of God's purpose in his life.
